Before the date of any event I also take a trip to make sure I can locate the venue. It was unfortunate that I arrived 15mins late due to two main roads on my route having road works (which was not there before) causing traffic built-up which was beyond my control. I did explain this to the client on arrival, as I pride myself on being on time. I have two certificates in food safety and have never served undercooked food, I host an event every other Sunday cooking for over 100 heads and I've never received any complaints of this kind. All of the food prepared for the client was served nothing was left back and I made extra. When clearing up I didn't find any uneaten food which would have suggested an issue. I always do my utmost best to give my clients a great experience. One of the client guest knocked over 10 glasses of drink all over my display while most of the other guest thanked me saying they enjoyed the food and drinks. At no point during this event did the client ever expressed being unhappy, so I'm naturally shocked by this review. One thing I've learnt in this business is that you can't please everyone even when you do your best!

I recommend that you order in advance. I knew that a special occasion was coming up so as soon as I thought of ordering a Rum Punch I placed my order. It was only 2 weeks in advance but Cee Cee assured me that it would be ready. So efficient. The punch is a big hit with my friends and family and you can taste the difference. Quality ingredients. I always like to get to know a bit about my clients, such as favourite colour, culture, favourite alcohol

Seeing my customers happy, having repeat business don't matter the weather,
What inspired you to start your own business?
I always use to cook and make drinks for my friends and family for free until last my friend insisted I started charging as everyone who attended her party wanted more of my drinks. So I started looking into starting my business.
