Our signature dish is Maximo Lasagna, a tasting vegetarian delicacy made with mushroom, chestnuts and truffle cream...

How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?

After an accurate meeting with our clients, to understand their preferences, I take care about realizing a menu that meets all their needs and expectations, considering also special dietary request of their guests.

What do you love most about your job?

I always do all the best to see in every bride and groom's eyes only smiles and happiness. I cannot live every event's experience without being touched and excited.

What inspired you to start your own business?

I started doing this job in my lovely island, Sardinia, after long time organizing parties for my family and friends, from the menu to the entertainment, because I was also a singer! Every birthday party in my family was organized by me in my house! I loved cooking, make theme cakes, and studying special menus for celebrate Christmas or New Year's Eve. I loved choosing the decorations for my table, candles, flowers or balloons according to the occasion. After many parties I thought I was ready to organize my wedding too, as I did. I still have impressed the expressions in the eyes of my guests! Everything was personally studied and planned by me, starting from the wedding invitations, that I wanted made as a parchment with a red ribbon, personally delivered by me to my guests, to the dinner menu, and last but not least, the entertainment. As you can imagine, I could not refrain myself to sing! My wedding was a success, even if now is terminated! (I did also the divorce party by the way!)
That's why, pushed by friends and relatives, I decided to make my passion as my main profession. Definitely, I love celebrating!

I think the best way to do a perfect job, It's do it with passion.
I have studied to be an accountant, and I worked long time in that environments, but I wasn't happy. I am creative and I have a very solar, sparkling carácter! For this reason I changed my job long time ago, I started doing what I love most, make people happy. Every time I organize an event, I do all my best acting as it would be my own celebration, because I want to make any experience unforgettable for the guests.
