We used Marie-Clare Cooks for the first time on Saturday night. Throughout the process before the party Marie-Clare was a joy to deal with - we had a few telephone calls and I found her to be knowledgeable, professional and amenable. All were good suggestions and the vegan selection was excellent too. The food was spectacular and everyone really enjoyed it and many commented on how delicious it was. All three of the team worked so very hard to make our party a success. Particular thanks to Sam for doing a sterling job hunting people down in both the garden and the house to make sure everyone was properly fed even during the rain. The team also left the kitchen area spotless, glasses run through the dishwasher and generally cleared up so effectively- it really did make Sunday morning much easier.

Cakery Wonderland catered the most spectacular finger buffet, for our double 60th Birthday Party. The food was delicious and beautifully presented. All the guests commented on how impressed they were with the food and display. Greg and his team worked really hard.

Only reason it's not a 5 stars is they don't mention online that they stop serving at 2:30pm and the order-ahead app is very buggy, making it unusable a lot of the time, making waiting in a very long queue necessary quite often at peak times.

I (Leon Rothera) was named after my great grandad Leon who was a chef and baker. The bakery remains in our family in the French countryside. I was then brought up in a cottage on the side of a hill, eating homemade bread and goats cheese made by my mum. I only ever wanted to cook for people for a living. Honest Foods began life as a whole food cafe in Brixton in 2006 and has evolved steadily ever since.
We are always innovating and finding new ways to get the tastiest food to our clients. Whether thats working on our ferments and preserves. Home smoking joints of meat. Slow cooking overnight. Sprouting beans and lentils. Dreaming up new desserts in the pastry section. We love what we do.
