Bonjour! we do authentic French crêpes and savoury ones, called galettes. Our galette mix is vegan and gluten free. We do organic and local products when it is possible. We make our crêpes in a lovely food truck.

crêpe: salted butter caramel
galette: la Paysanne (emmental cheese, free range ham, mushrooms and spinach)

How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?

It depends which kind of event is.
For example, for an afternoon child birthday party, our sweet crêpes could fit perfectly.
For an adult party, our savoury crêpes, called galettes (healthy and very nutritious) are a proper dish! and if our customers are still hungry, they will eat a crêpe. :)

What do you love most about your job?

So many things!
- make our customers happy
- feed them with good food
-have a lot of families
-represent our region (crêpes come from Brittany in France)

What inspired you to start your own business?

We really like the food we do and we wanted to represent our Brittany region (France).
We wanted to improve our English, being independent, exchange with new people and discover London, of course!
So, we started doing crêpes in a London market (2012) ... and in 2017 we opened a restaurant in Kentish Town.
Now it's time to do something new and exciting. :)
