What’s your signature dish?

Loaded mac n cheese is our favourite of the moment. We worked tirelessly to create the perfect cheese sauce and then got creative with our toppings. You can just go classic cheese or add crayfish & chorizo or rosemary pangritata. The possibilities are endless and we’ve got dishes that suit everyone!

How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?

Our approach to every menu is very bespoke. Whilst we have sample menus, myself and the team like to sit down with our client at least once to get a feel for the event, the guests we’re catering for and the host’s personal taste. Because of our individualised approach, we can work with any budget! Low prices don’t mean low quality with us, all menus are created equal with us. Our years of experience with hospitality allows us to create delicious dishes at any price point.

What do you love most about your job?

We’re a (soon to be) husband and wife team with a merry band of chefs, bartenders and waiting staff. We collect people who are passionate about creating experiences for clients - whether that be with an expertly curated wine list or a mouthwatering hot buffet. Our passion for the fun & the delicious are shown in our staff’s knowledge and amazing attention to detail. We enjoy working together to create the best menus and events, time and time again and our enjoyment is, hopefully, infectious!!

What inspired you to start your own business?

Years of working as a chef and restaurant manager finally led us to start our own office cafe and then inevitably into events and catering. We have years of experience within hospitality and still enjoy what we do. Our connections with passionate and talented people built up over the years allows us access to a pool of staff that set us apart from other event companies. We have a passion for the fun and the delicious and that’s what keeps us going!!
