What’s your signature dish?
The humble jacket potato. Washed, brushed with oil, seasoned with coarse salt and baked for that crispy outer skin and soft fluffy inside.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
By listening to exactly what the customer is wanting, asking appropriate questions and suggesting possible alternatives.
What do you love most about your job?
From initial contact, to meeting the customer and finally seeing them happy with their order.
What inspired you to start your own business?
To treat and serve customers they way I would like to be, by being polite well mannered, respectful and creating the best food buffet possible.

We are a nonsense business, we listen, communicate and get the job done.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Regulations are not as stringent at the moment but we would always conform to any requests made by the customer.
Buffet Catering
Whatever your occasion choose from sandwiches to wraps using the bread(s) and fillings of your choice.
Hot food is also available brought to you in temperature controlled transport cabin.
Popular items are sausage rolls, mini pies and quiche, chipolata sausages to name a few. Trays of chili con carne, macaroni and chicken curry are also popular filling to compliment the “Jacket Potato” 😎
Sweet treats are also available.
