Just had the homemade sausage rolls and have to say they were absolutely delicious. They are now a contender for my first place favourite, Barbara's homemade scones. Delicious food, great service, and a lovely setting x More...

Love this cafe. Friendly service, excellent home baking & great coffee. If you have kids and lucky enough to be there on a dry day you can sit outside and watch your kids play in the park & admire the views. What's not to like?

An Clachan is a great place to go as a destination or just to pop in for a break from the rain. The food is all organic and freshly made, it's friendly and just a lovely experience! Love this cafe :)

Had breakfast here today - a proper bacon roll with great quality bacon, followed by a lovely croissant and coffee. Pal had full breakfast which also went down very well. I bought a sausage roll to take away... had it for my tea and it was THE best sausage roll I've ever had. Proper meat combined with leeks and wholegrain mustard. I wish I had bought two. Service was also great, very friendly, and everything freshly cooked. Superb. More...

Love coming here on a weekday morning for breakfast, a coffee and a read of the paper. They make a good brew ! It gets busy at the weekends and after school but it's usually much quieter during the week, a nice peaceful spot. They also do very good ice cream tubs to take away. More...

Went to the park with my granddaughter to play at the playground, we went in and ordered the Mojito Mint tea. The Tewa was fantastic, the people who served us were very friendly, warm and very helpful. I have a disability and they helped me carry out my order to the table and made me and my granddaughter feel very welcome. Will go back very often as it had that you're with family feeling being there. More...

Arrived late in the day 3.45pm but had tea and homemade cake which was delicious! The four of us got a personal pot of tea each and the vanilla sponge with cream and raspberries was very light and yummy! Carrot cake cupcake was equally tasty! Fresh baking was just out the oven as well! More...

Just wandered through the park after visiting the Hunterian Art Gallery. We saw a sign for food at the Kelvingrove Art Gallery but wanted somewhere different. We came across An Clachan and knew it was what we were looking for. The food Smoked salmon & scrambled eggs was delicious & so was the cake we had after. Relaxed surroundings and lovely staff, I'd highly recommend. Better signage in the park would help people find it, but perhaps it's already well known (& maybe the authorities won't allow it) Would definitely return though unfortunately we're not from here so may not get the chance. We love the Clachan. Always friendly, great coffees and very family friendly situated next to a playground. Before Christmas I accidentally left my sons bike outside and the Clachan team very kindly took it in and kept it dry for the past 3 weeks. Great local gem...

A pleasant surprise, this is a big step up from any other park cafe I have been to. Loses a star as it's on the pricey side for coffee, sandwiches and cake but quality is good and tbh it's not excessive for the area.
