Plenty if shops here B&M, McDonald's, bakers independent ones and Greggs. You will not be stuck for finding something wrong with this Town. Free parking for 3 hours there is multiple Car parks to Choose from so you will not be stuck for a space. More...

Compared to other neighbouring shopping centres, eg Hamilton, has a good mix of high street shops, - The Works, CEX and Game amongst others, including five charity shops. Major problem, ( if you can call it that) is it seems to have the ONLY Wilkinson's store in the UK, that doesn't sell food/snacks. (As I have a wrap addiction - Wilkinson's are heavenly - this is a concern ) Other than that, has free parking (up to three hours), decent fast food stores, good access for buses and rail station and all the stores are next to each other, so no long hikes. Has Everything You Need All In One Area Pounland,Poundworld, Farmfoods,Costa, Game,Primark,Chemists,A Couple Of Newsagents, Mcdonalds,Kfc,Subway,A Burger Van, Greggs Etc To Many Too Fully Name The Only Minor Issue I Have Is It Can Sometimes Be Tricky Getting A Space In The 2 Car Parks But Failing That We Park In Behind Weatherspoons

Not quite a shopping centre but more of a high street. Not much undercover.
Good selection of shops, B and M, Argos, Wilko, Poundland, Officers Club, Peacocks, Iceland, Farmfoods, Card Factory, primark, Boots, Savers and lots of others.
There is alot of places to eat, Greggs, McDonald's, KFC, Wetherspoons, Aulds and as well as local independent cafe's. There is a good selection of charity shops and a post office.
Good links also to both bus and train stations. Also has public toilets, although these are never that clean.

For a small town, the variety of shops really isn't too bad. You have a coffee shop, clothes shops, gaming shops etc. So you can definitely have a decent browse. It's not somewhere I'd say is worth going out of your way to get to, but for locals it's good and easy to recommend. More...
