We are a strong team of around 50 people between us here at Captain's and our sister company, Ruby's. Our staff is professional and friendly, providing excellent service to a large number of customers.

We put passion in our cooking and have perfected recipes from a range of cuisines such as Italian, Indian and of course, Scottish.
Our customers are our best critics. The feedback received from them on a daily basis is most valuable and allows us to maintain the high standards we had set when starting the business over a decade ago.
