I arranged with Lydia at Monkey puzzle, our works Christmas meal. Lydia couldn't of been more accommodating. upon arrival we walked through the restaurant and were surprised that the team had set up a beautiful table for us next to the Christmas tree. It was beautiful and well thought out. the food was delicious and the team were fantastic. nothing was too much to ask and they had fabulous cocktails on offer, the food was on time and looked stunning. music was great, and the nerf gun fight was fun! and the adult soft play was hilarious, even had beer pong on a table. it catered for all of our personality types and a great night was had by all. I would highly recommend Monkey Puzzle for a works Christmas party. from all of us,Thankyou!

Just cooked up Boom Kitchen's Lady Naga Curry after tasting it at a farmers market in Devon recently. Every bit as tasty as I remember from the day, not sure if they actually intend you to eat the naga chilli too... but it certainly adds a nice kick without loosing any of the flavour.
Highly recommend this to any curry lover that doesn't mind a touch of heat. I'd recommend allowing a touch more cooking time though to reduce the sauce down.

The cottage is set in a beautiful rural location which makes it such a relaxing and pleasant stay yet is only a short distance away for discovering the beautiful North Devon coastline and it does not dissapoint! The cottage is very clean, comfortable and well equipped and we felt very lucky that it is also dog friendly, what more could you ask for! We were very warmly welcomed by Alan whom has a wealth of knowledge on the area and nothing is too much trouble! On arrival we were very grateful to find a welcome pack full of lovely goodies and milk in the fridge! A lovely start to a wonderful holiday and what an amazing week for weather!
