Spoke to the owner on Facebook - it was quite late at night but he was still very amenable and was happy to answer my questions. Ordered that night and my bhuna kits were delivered with lightning speed. As it happens, I made the first one for dinner this evening and it was absolutely delicious. Great products, great service - highly recommended. More...

White label chicken tikka masala
Fast so damn quick and had to drink my beer twice as fast.
Fun really enjoyed making it and didnt even break a sweat.
Flavour amazing flavour normal a Naga man and avoid coconut but clean plates all round.
Faff so easy to follow even for a high maintence Damian.
Financials due to the awesome taste would pay £4 to £ 4.50
Format liking the serves 2 and if we invite friends round would order 2.

Both me and my girlfriend loved the masala and tinged both our taste buds. Looking forward to the next!!. Thanks Mr BoomKitchen

Hey Boomers, I've just eaten the last pack of BoomKitchen curry kit which I got for Crimbo. I made a biryani out of the Jalfrezi. I thought packaging was really great and instructions were good and so easy to follow that my kids made most of the curries. Great finished taste and not too salty and we liked the 4 stage process. Keep it going guys doing a great job. Take a look at our @piggerysmokery facebook page - we made Pakora and Samosas using our Pondicherry Pi which is our Vindaloo flavoured bacon. Get a Pakora kit on the go? Thanks we made excellent curries using your kits. Mark and Su More...

Naga Curry Kit:

This is a great hot curry. Sometimes the really hot curries are just the heat. The chilli heat stripping away any flavour. Not this one. Honestly one of the nicest curries I have had for a long time and I love curry! It's got that perfect balance of the heat, with a cracking slightly sweet and sour flavour. Everyone loved it as they did the Jalfrezi as well - excellent authentic restaurant flavour.

I made the Naga with lamb and also added chopped onion (1) a little more garlic and some thin strips of fresh ginger. I bought both packs from Cawthornes in Braunton. They also stock the Chiman's spices and I can recommend the side dishes of the Dal and the Bombay Potatoes from this range (I hope you don't mind me suggesting that - your main curry packs are far superior).

My father in law who is bit of a curry expert was so impressed he has gone to Cawthornes this morning and bought several packs to take back to Berkshire with him.

Very well done!

I have tried two curries so far and both have been enjoyable. I'm not that bothered that they were not that hot, that's my taste and there is nothing stopping me from adding more chilli myself.
The first curry I tried was the Jalfrezi. It was easy to make and very tasty but I found the spice blend a little over-sweet. It was nice but I probably would stick to my own recipe.
The Sri Lankan curry however was beautiful. I cannot possibly recommend it enough. Nicely spiced and nutty, it was spot on.

Delicious curries and the instructions are so easy to follow. I think we have tried all the curries now and would say the Korma and Lady Naga are my favourite but all very tasty. The box sets are a great idea for a gift too! More...

So glad I've found you as I was given a pack 2 yrs ago and loved it. Its the lady naga that lead me to your site. I had to give 2 to a friend (4 pack) as they had nuts and she loved them as well. I cooked it 4 a friend who was married to an Indian man and she said it was the most beautiful curry she had tasted. (Obviously my sides did too lol) love that they are gluten free as well. Suits everyone. Would definitely like bigger packs as an option as curry leftovers are a must!!! More...

Just cooked up Boom Kitchen's Lady Naga Curry after tasting it at a farmers market in Devon recently. Every bit as tasty as I remember from the day, not sure if they actually intend you to eat the naga chilli too. .. but it certainly adds a nice kick without loosing any of the flavour.

Highly recommend this to any curry lover that doesn't mind a touch of heat. I'd recommend allowing a touch more cooking time though to reduce the sauce down.
