We create bespoke menus with guests by learning from them, their likes, interests and personalities help make up the types of menu created. This is usually achieved via informal chats about the event being planned which give us a glimpse into what customers may like, we also take on-board their specific requests

Everything, (well almost everything, no one likes to do the dishes) , the food, the guests, the different settings, meeting new people and places.

What inspired you to start your own business?

Having worked in restaurants for most of our lives alongside main jobs and loving food so much drove us to the desire of doing it for ourselves and finding a better work life balance, we work hard and play hard.
