We work with individuals and leaders to improve their leadership capabilities. We help leaders create a mentality that allows them to meet challenges, learn quickly and respond to change. Good leaders become great leaders and keep getting better. We work with organisations to create Agile Culture. We help organisations to create behaviours and capabilities that enable them to be more adaptive, creative and resilient when dealing with complexity, uncertainty and change, leading to improved well-being and better outcomes. Relationships have become very strong currency in business. Effective relationships however will not simply happen because we want them to. While both are focused on self-improvement, life and career coaching are two very different services. Life coaching is focused on reaching personal goals, whether that’s about relationships, building confidence, or finding meaning in life. Career coaching helps with challenges associated with your career. A career coach may help you cultivate skills such as career planning, interview techniques, CV writing and building confidence.

A business coach (or business consultant) is someone who can provide an outside perspective of you and your business, to provide new insight and strategies to help you reach your business goals. They’re trained in supporting a range of business goals, from driving sales and boosting revenue to supporting more personal career development, like building strong leadership qualities or improving focus and efficiency. Whatever your pain points, a business coach will help you tackle them head-on. They’re typically successful business owners themselves which means they can bring valuable experience to the table!

Whether you’re a one-person start-up or the managing director of a multinational company, we could all benefit from career coaching. Someone from the outside will be able to provide a fresh perspective on issues that you may not even have realised existed! If you’ve got a vision but have no idea how to make it into a reality, then a career coach will help you to break down your goals into manageable chunks to achieve them.

Whatever stage you’re at in your professional journey, a career coach can help you get there, whether it’s making small wins or a big change. If you’re stuck in a rut or looking for a major change in your career or business, a good business coach will help you to earn much more than the cost of their services.
