I focus on building a strong, productive rapport with my clients. This involves optimism, empathy and encouraging my clients to engage in honest self-analysis and reflection. This combination empowers them to take action, invariably facilitates a change and helps them find their "edge".

I can work on-line or in person, often in combination. The key is to find the right approach to deliver the best result.

My practice focuses on working with ambitious business leaders, entrepreneurs, technologists and lawyers to enable them to find enduring solutions to whatever their business or personal challenge may be. My legal and commercial career involved a range of roles in the marketing and data industries.

This experience, in combination with best in class coaching techniques and the creation of a safe, generative environment where challenges can be unpacked and dissected, enables those I work with to discover the right outcome for them.

Key to any successful coaching relationship is the rapport between coach and client. Without this, the real work becomes all but impossible.

By building empathy and encouraging my clients to engage in honest self-analysis and reflection, I empower them to take action. This invariably facilitates a change and helps them find their "edge".
