About

Hi! I'm Charlotte, Founder and Coach of The Coaching Collection which is the destination for positive change across your life, wellness, career, and business goals.

I offer three core coaching services:
- business coaching for positive impact businesses,
- lifestyle & wellness coaching workshops,
- 121 private coaching across two main programmes (life & wellness, career and business).

I became a coach after a career in people and talent, where I worked across a number of different industries which included a Director-level role for a business focused on positive social change. I have held executive committee positions and worked alongside CEO’s and Founders, and therefore have a clear understanding of both the people and commercial challenges that a business can face.

All of this experience and insight is combined with compassion, intelligence and a passion to support others. I love helping my clients identify their values and overcome limiting beliefs so that they can gain clarity on their life and work priorities.

I am certified with a Personal Performance Diploma, as well as Corporate and Executive Diploma from The Coaching Academy, both of which are recognised by the International Coach Federation (ICF) and also the Institute of Leadership Management (ILM).

My main motivator is seeing my clients achieve their successes, ensuring that they are the best they can be. Outside of coaching I also volunteer with a UK charity, focused on helping women back into employment.

I have worked with people across a number of different industries and at different levels and stages of their lives and careers, to ultimately achieve their goals in a healthy and sustainable way. Core areas include: identifying objectives as well as any gaps, facilitate change, support in the creation of a roadmap or strategy to get you from A to B, problem-solve and gain clarity.

I pride myself on building a relationship of trust and integrity, working as a neutral partner in your journey to success. We will work together and celebrate failures as well as success, learning along the way and amending your plan as necessary.
