Whether you're hoping to understand and move beyond traumatic experiences originating in your past, or to realise long-awaited changes in your personal or professional relationships in the present, I'm here to help. My counselling approach will support you in a kindly and non-judgemental way that perhaps friends just aren't able to.

I offer face to face therapeutic counselling across all areas of need. I am fully trained to Diploma Level and practice Person Centred therapy in both the Stansted and Buckhurst Hill areas.
