Adrian Grief Support

Offering: Personal Grief Coaching for any type of grief, Guided Grief Breathing and Movement, and online peer support groups. As a professional life coach, I am dedicated to helping people live their best life. I became a bereaved mother, and widow, and lost my dear companion animal, all in the same year. Everything changed for me, but the world continued. My experience finding my way to a life with meaning inspired me to become certified as a grief educator, and combine life coaching with death and loss compassion. It is true... to get through it, you have to go through it. But you don't have to go through it alone. As a grief coach, I am there to bear witness to that journey, step by step. I will hear your story and see your pain. I will help you find your way through the maze of loss and address old wounds that are brought to the surface in grief.

Hear from
a professional

What do you love most about your job?

I love providing the ears to hear and the heart to see people's grief journey, to walk alongside them as they learn to navigate life after loss.
My goal is to help, one small step at a time, to normalize grieving and bereavement.

What inspired you to start your own business?

I wish there weren't a need for my job. However, after experiencing devastating loss in my own life, I realized there is a severe shortage of help for the griever. Traditional therapy and counseling didn't work for me. I didn't want to have someone trying to fix me.
After the first few months, I felt more alone than ever as I struggled to adjust to a life where for everyone else things were normal.
They weren't normal for me.
Our culture is grief-avoidant and grief illiterate. I wanted to create a safe place where people could speak of suffering and experience grief without judgment or fear.
I want to be of service to those who are in a position that I was in not so long ago myself.

Why should our clients choose you?

I am not a therapist. I am a professional coach, and my ENTIRE focus is on helping people recover from grief and loss, heal old trauma, and move toward finding a life where there is more peace than pain and more happiness than sorrow in memories.

Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.

I can provide services remotely via Zoom, Skype, Google Meet, etc.

Was really lost and drowning in my grief. Reese is a very compassionate and intuitive person. She was able to help me understand my grief and why it’s so profound. I appreciate all the insight I’ve gotten so far and hope to keep working to feel better long term.

It’s been a week since I had my first IFS session with Mark and the understandings, insights and healing from it are still reverberating within me. We explored a lot of inner territory but it never felt like too much. Mark is professional, kind, insightful, compassionate and thorough. I am looking forward to my next session with him. As a coach myself, I have great esteem and respect for Mark’s work and highly recommend him to everyone.
