What do you love most about your job?
I believe we are all on a journey, and it’s my passion that no one needs to journey alone.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I work in private practice as well as running a small faith-based community counselling service, which allows me to enjoy flexibility in providing an excellent service in both the private and charity sector.
Why should our clients choose you?
I am an integrative therapist and meet you where you are and can provide you with a safe, calm and accepting space to work through any difficulties. I work holistically and incorporate attachment theory, mindfulness and Internal Family Systems Therapy into my work.

I provide online sessions via Zoom.
I do provide face to face sessions but not during the pandemic.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Online therapy only at present. Face to Face can resume after the pandemic.
