• Taught Yoga and its Applications to people of all ages and backgrounds to help them improve their health and well-being
• Conducted Yoga Therapy Courses focussing on Back and Spinal Health and Allergies and Respiratory Disorders
• Extensive experience in designing Online Classes for Children, Teenagers and Yoga for Women’s Health
• Offering Yoga Counselling for private clients to help them find out root cause of their current ailment and design customised result-oriented well-being program
• Power Yoga, Hatha Yoga and Yoga Counselling
Currently all classes are Online using Zoom link. Private 121 Yoga Sessions can also be discussed through.
