Long story short, I’ve been fighting mental health issues quietly on my own for a few years now and it wasn’t until it peaked a couple of months ago that I decided enough was enough and I needed help.

Kismet listened to my problems and somehow he digested what I was saying until he understood what was going on in my head. He then asked me certain questions about how I was feeling inside as I was explaining, he then explained why I felt this way and how to address the feelings I was having with regard my problem.
I've always been sceptical about talking to a counsellor, but after my very first session with Kismet I was amazed at how he help me. I would always highly recommend him to anyone to open up to, as he explains situations and reasons so clearly.

I found omesh online as at that time I didn’t want anyone to know, also the one person in my life at the time that did know told me it wouldn’t be for me and she didn’t think I’d get anything from it and I in all honesty I thought this too so I was apprehensive to say the least.
This couldn’t of bin further from the truth omesh has a brilliant way of making you comfortable by using humour and just being human and relatable this was very important, I think he reads you very quickly to use what works best for you.
He helped me through a very confusing time and helped me see everything very clearly, with the things I have learned from him I have the tools to manage all the negative things that have happened and ever will happen.
He has given me a confidence in my self I never realised I didn’t have.
He went the extra mile to help from fitting you in for a last minute appointment when he could to answering the phone in the week for a chat when you need it.
Couldn’t recommend him enough to anyone who is struggling with something in there life take it from someone as stubborn as me who thought this sort of thing was nonsense, it isn’t.
He can help and it is worth exploring, I am very confident omesh can help anyone who wants it and I can’t thank him enough for my new perspective I now have.

Before i began to see Omesh I was seeing another counsellor who was just papering over the cracks and not really helping my situation.

A mate of mine was seeing him and said how good he was, I got in touch and said I’d be difficult to deal with. Within the first hour of talking to him I literally talked about every aspect of myself and my troubles with so much ease. He challenges you on your ways of thinking and gives it back to you to explore. It’s quite unique!!

I found Omesh when i was at the lowest point in my life. I found his details on Bark and called him on a Sunday afternoon. Having sobbed on the phone to him about my troubles, he came to see me that evening.

Omesh has weird way of making you feel instantly comfortable and free to express how you really feel. Not how you talk to friends/family, but with complete honesty about EVERYTHING!

I have struggled all my life with depression and anixety and as a result have developed an eating disorder which HAD taken over my life. Omesh has seen me at darkest times, times when i didn't see any reason in carrying on - didn't want to believe things could get better. He turned up every week and supported me through everything. He even answered the phone if i was having a bad day.(With no charge i might add)

I'm a few months into my councelling and i have to say, i've never felt better! I still have work to do and i know there will be dark days ahead, but it is managable. I am on a journey and couldn't think of anyone better to support me along the way.

Omesh has given me my life back. He has given me hope. He has taught me how to not only accept who i am, but to love who i am!

I find myself looking forward to our weekly sessions. I look forward to learning more about myself and pushing myself.

Omesh is one outstanding person, the service he gives is literally second to none.

I researched heavily for a loved one of mine, the needs were pretty complex and I spoke with numerous counsellors (5 to be precise) I found Omesh to be in a league of his own, his dedication, ambition, will to succeed, selflessness and professionalism coupled with knowledge is literally off the scale.

Very helpful, different to any counsellor I’ve seen prior but in a good way. Booking again.

I found Omesh on facebook when I was in a really dark place. I was suffering regular panic attacks and had started to become addicted to drink after my last relationship ended. I spoke to Omesh over the phone and was scared to talk to begin with, but quickly found that he was somebody I wanted to open up to. I then had a number of sessions with Omesh and he helped me so much. I was able to understand my feelings in a way I hadn't before, and was able to learn more about myself.

Omesh has helped me turn my life around over the past 3 months. Towards the end of last year I had started to realise that there were a number of traumatic experiences from my past that had left a mark, and were things that I had not dealt with, but needed to.

I sought help, and that’s exactly what Omesh gave me. He has a wonderful knack of knowing when to push you even if it hurts, and when to stop. His counselling style is very tailored to you, and I really developed a strong relationship with him. Although it was great to know I no longer needed his services because of the great work we had done, I’m sad I won’t be having my weekly catch up with him.

Omesh taught me to love myself again, which I never thought would happen. And in doing so has allowed me to let others love me. I am the same person I was.. just a much happier, and consistently content version.

I have seen a number of Counsellor’s over the years but have to say Omesh is the best I have seen. His counselling skills and techniques are amazing. I would highly recommend.

As well as traditional style counselling, Omesh has experience of carrying out interventions with young people in residential care. His style if working is like nothing I have seen before. His ability to know exactly when to push and really get to the heart of the issue and when to slow and support is second to none. He quickly builds very trusting relationships with these young people and is able then to build on that to allow each young person to start to unpick the issues they are facing. I had undergone a difficult time in my life as is the case for most people and Omesh was my life boat. Omesh’s approach is uncomfortable at times because he really challenges your thinking. He holds up the mirror to you and reflects back your image of yourself. Childhood beliefs are replaced with adult thoughts and rationale. After 11 sessions I did a presentation to 100 people, took an aeroplane flight, things that really made me anxious.
