What do you love most about your job?

I have had 30 plus years experience in secondary education and 5 plus years experience in primary education. I went into teaching as I wanted to make a difference. I love working with our Kip students and children as I can really see the difference I make lesson by lesson and I love the unique, supportive relationship I can build with my Kip students, in a way that you can't do in school.

What inspired you to start your own business?

I have spent 35 plus years in the state education system - helping children and young people achieve their goals is my raison etre. The ability to do this in a much more personalised way really appealed to me. I did my research and found that the pedagogy that underpins Kip learning, which is based on sound educational research and 40 plus years experience, aligned with my own educational philosophy.

Why should our clients choose you?
