Natasha has been teaching our two children since September 2018 (they are currently 8 and 6). The children have been making good progress with Natasha (they were complete beginners) and very much look forward to their lessons. Natasha has been teaching 2 of my children (10 and 13) and I piano for over a year now. She strikes the right balance between keeping us all progressing at the right pace based on our individual skills and being patient when needed (we were all beginners). We found Natasha at a difficult time between teachers and my son was hoping to sit for his grade 3 piano exam. We were instantly really impressed by how organised and approachable Natasha was when she came to our house for the first lesson. She set out both achieveable and more challenging goals for the next lesson, making it very clear, giving some good advice on how to make practising more fun! Her encouraging approach helped my son actually want to practice and show that he could succeed, especially in sight reading (his weakness) learning more about how to really understand the dynamics of pieces to show more expression.
