I work as a multi-modal therapist, a healing catalyst. I use a dynamic blend of bodywork (massage, acupressure, physiotherapy), advanced Reiki (meridian interactions, chakra alignment), trigger point therapy, and other helpful and remedial techniques.
I work to release tension, emotional blocks, and discomfort networks by easing physical tensions and encouraging resolution of minor skeletal misalignments. Many clients find immediate, and often persistent, improvements.
Examples : release of a frozen shoulder that the NHS of Spain could not remedy, adjusting an ankle bone so that a swollen foot no longer retained fluid, taking away permanently the pain of crush injuries and fractured ribs, adjustments to stop sciatic pain, halting period pains, restoring diaphragmatic breathing following its loss after anaesthesia and/or abdominal surgery, using Reiki to remove immobilising muscle spasms in a hand, halting chronic chest infections and serious breathing problems at long distance (Staines->New Mexico), freeing off old emotional injuries such as heartbreak, grief, abuse, trauma, stress, etc., helping people stop self-medication with drink and drugs, halting numerous aches and pains and ending serial headaches.
Clients report feeling lighter, unencumbered, calmer and more relaxed, having improved and deeper breathing and easing of symptoms or conditions. Often, therapeutic outcomes are rapidly reached and lasting positive changes are commonplace. Some empathic techniques can elicit profound emotional releases, as may body work, to help restore proper breathing where its use has been restricted by tension, stress, surgery, or trauma.
Appointments typically last from 45 to 60 minutes (allow longer for the first one because of taking notes) and may extend if more time is required to finish an activity in progress. I come out to you to perform therapy. It is easiest to deliver this therapy while working on a floor area but a table can be provided if necessary. I have most free time weekday mornings, but can sometimes fit you in among my more regular bookings in the afternoon or evening, depending on which day. I also work at weekends if it is necessary to meet limitations of availability.
