Reiki is a Japanese spiritual healing or complementary therapy relating to energy healing.

It works with the energy fields around the body and involves the transfer of universal energy from the practitioner’s palms to the client.

Crystals have the ability to hold and emit energy vibrations. A crystal healer works to stimulate the body’s energy flow to restore balance and help the body heal itself.

Crystals affect our electro-magnetic energy fields or subtle bodies which surround and permeate the physical body. These include the etheric, emotional and mental bodies, which are collectively called the aura.

I will send a questionnaire to the client to fill in personal data, reason for the session and physical and emotional issues to be worked on.

On the day and at the agreed time, I will connect with the parsont using the distance symbols, (or animal) that I wish to send healing, forming a “bridge” which cuts through time and space, and along which the Reiki can flow. This will have the same effectiveness as if they were with me, receiving hands-on treatment.

This technique helps loosen muscles and increases blood flow throughout the body, reduced the symptoms of depression and stress, reduced the intensity of pain, anxiety, and it helps to bring balance and harmony in your mental and physical wellbeing.

The Swedish massage is actually known as the “traditional” massage. If you’ve gotten a massage before, chances are high you experienced something similar.
