Massage Therapy
Leah met me on short notice which was really appreciated, great service, also very knowledgeable so explaining how and why having issues, I had a deep tissue massage and it’s was great she can really apply pressure when needed.
Studio was clean and well kept, and Leah made me feel comfortable straight away.
Would defo see again and have booked in for another session.

I've been training with Leah for over 2 years now and she has been fantastic.
Whether it's a one to one training session or one of the friendly boot camps in Yateley, Leah always manages to keep everyone motivated.
Even when I've found something difficult or having a bad food day, Leah is always supportive and always helps me through it.
I'd had Achilles problems on and off for years. A few massage sessions cured the problem quickly and they haven't returned. With Leahs' support, I managed to run a 10k without any issues whatsoever. I definitely recommend a session after a good run or race.

How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
By being honest and open with them. Working with clients as a team, understanding their needs and overcoming their barriers.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Determination and not giving up when tired or having a bad day. Having discipline for the days you're not feeling motivated.
Remembering why you are doing this.
What do you love most about your job?
Helping people and seeing their reaction when they hit a new personal best or when their confidence builds and they feel like a new person.
Seeing people recover from an injury and are able to get back to every days tasks.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I got made redundant from my gym during the first covid lockdown. So I went solo. Since then I have grown my client base, opened a studio and started a bootcamp.
Why should our clients choose you?
Because we care about every single client and can put ourselves in their shoes. We help them overcome barriers and put strategies in place to build new routines and help them through a bad day.
We stay current with sports science research so we know all the facts, myths and can shed light on the current fitness 'trends'.

All workouts and progress are delivered/ recorded via our app. Nutrition is recorded and analysed with feedback.
Regular check ins throughout the week via Whatsapp and one formal check in each week to ensure clients stay on track.
