What inspired you to start your own business?
I’ve always been in to health and wellness since our body’s our a temple and we need to look after them in order for us to be successful! It’s always been a priority for me to look after my body so I want to help and advice others to do the same

Hand washing before treatment , paperless consultation forms and mask can be worn by therapist and clients on personal choice
Back,Neck and Shoulder Massage
A 30 minute treatment working on the back neck and shoulder massage using deep pressure techniques to ease the tension abs knots that cause us the aches and pains that we feel.
Good treatment for office workers or people who sit in a chair all day.
Full Body Deep Tissue Massage
This is a 60-90minute treatment working on the back , shoulders , arms and legs. This is a full body massage using deep pressure techniques to help ease the tension throughout the body.
This is suitable for anyone feeling aches and pains and is a good stress reliever
Full Body Swedish Massage
This is a 50 minute relaxation treatment. This is using lightweight pressure techniques and it’s good for stress and tension. These lightweight techniques helps to relax and calm the body.
This is good for someone new to massage and just wants to feel relaxed
Indian Head massage
This is a 20 minute treatment:
A Indian head massage may help relieve stress and reduce tension. It may also ease migraine or headache pain, lower blood pressure, improve circulation to your head and neck, and promote hair growth.
This is a good treatment to have at least twice a week.
Hot Stone Massage
This is a 60-90 minute treatment Full body massage.
The heat and smoothness of the stones rolling over your body is still relaxing, but more invigorating than a traditional Swedish massage. Also, the heat of the stones can help release tension in your back and shoulders, allowing those muscles to be worked on more effectively.
The use of the stones are similar to using heat pads on your muscles it’s a really good treatment to help relaxed tense muscles.
