What do you love most about your job?
I have a passion for Holistic therapies and very much enjoy being part of the healing process for others.
I have helped many people overcome muscular pain or discomfort in their body with therapeutic massage. Post surgery, Pre- natal or certain medical conditions can benefit enormously as this therapy can speed up the recovery and healing processes. I love to treat people with Reflexology, I love the reaction of a client when I can pin point certain problems within the body from feeling points in the foot. Many people believe this is just a foot massage but it is so much more, being an amazing treatment the whole body can benefit from.
Reiki is also one of my favourite treatments to give. This powerful healing energy can be used for the good for so much. If you have ever experienced Reiki you will agree it is one of the most deeply relaxing experiences that you just don't want to end. While channelling this energy it is always my intention for the healing to have the best outcome for the good of all.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I want to raise awareness of the benefits of holistic therapies.
So many people get ill as a result of being run down, unbalanced and stressed out in this world.
If we can inspire people to look after their body by having regular treatments then the need for medical intervention can be reduced.
Natural Therapies are on the increase as more people discover the many benefits of living a holistic lifestyle. Therapists are working closer than ever with GP's now, taking referrals for conditions such as, M.E, Fibromyalgia, Depression, Sciatica and many more. I am currently studying to be able to take referrals in my practise.

I take enormous pride in delivering quality, affordable treatments that are tailored for your individual needs. I have over 10 years experience working within the NHS health care field and have gained an endless amount of knowledge with regards to physical, mental and spiritual recovery.
I hold an enhanced DBS disclosure and emergency first aid certificate.
Swedish Massage
Usually this is a full body treatment but can be adapted to suit requirements. If you have muscular pain in a certain area the therapist will be able to work more on this area. This massage uses a variety of techniques to relax the muscles. It can improve circulation and blood flow and can help with removing toxins from the muscular system.
Aromatherapy Massage
Choice of blends from the award winning Neal's yard remedies essential oils. You can choose which style of massage to accompany this deeply relaxing treatment.
Deep Tissue
Using slow strokes and deep pressure on contracted areas a deep tissue massage helps loosen muscle tissues, tendons and fascia. It helps clear toxins from the muscles and helps with the circulation of blood and oxygen.
Hot Stone Massage
Smooth lava stones heated in a water bath with your favourite essential oil are used to give this deeply relaxing massage. The heat of the stones penetrates the soft tissues, allows the muscle to become warm quickly. Helps to detoxify the body and improve circulation. Cold stones can be used at the end of the treatment to further balance the body.
Lymphatic Drainage Massage
A very light massage technique to encourage lymph to flow more freely around the body. This stimulates the lymphatic system and helps the body's natural healing process. Recommended for clients with Lymphoedema or post surgery for any facial or body work. Dry brushing the skin prior to the massage is also a good technique for lymph and blood flow.
Pre natal
This treatment is tailored for the exact needs of the new mum. As every pregnancy is different we can target the most problem areas such as the hips, lower back or feet and legs. Massage is a great way to relieve the physical discomfort, sleep and emotional symptoms. This treatment is given with the client sitting up on the massage couch, working alternately on either side of the body using a pregnancy pillow for support and comfort.
Reflexology
A deeply relaxing treatment that provides many benefits to the body. The foot has many reflexive zones which link to major organs, stimulating these zones can relax many different areas of the body and help prevent and cure illness within the body.
Reiki Healing
Reiki is a simple, natural and safe method of spiritual healing and self- improvement that anyone can benefit from. It has been found to be effective in helping every known illness. It may be used in conjunction with all other medical or therapeutic techniques to relieve side effects and promote quality of life. Reiki is non invasive and safe. During the session the therapist channels the energy while the client lies down comfortably on the therapy table in full clothes.
Chakra Balancing
The chakra's are like spinning balls of energy within your body like a series of cogs running up the spine. They work continuously to renew your energy. In a well balanced, healthy person, the chakra's move and spin. When you are stressed or ill, your chakra's get stuck and begin to slow down or or even spin to quickly. Restore the harmonious flow of energy across the chakra system. Balance the energy body and create vibrant health on every level .
Violet Flame Healing
The violet flame can be used for it's spiritual healing effects. A unique spiritual energy that can help you in all areas of your life, help you break free from negative patterns in your life and release karmic situations.
Indian Head Massage
A relaxing holistic treatment that uses acupressure techniques, excellent stress and tension reliever. Enjoy this head massage to stimulate the scalp as well as deep massage to the neck and shoulders.
