If mobile isn't for you, we have a fantastic treatment room available in central Guildford within the The Pilates Foundry or a beautiful room within Neal's Yard, Windsor, where we can offer single and joint treatments

What do you love most about your job?
We love our clients, we love meeting new people. Our passion is therapy and helping our clients feel better.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Having spent 15 years bringing up children, we finally decided in 2013 to start a new career, that could fit with our families. We have always had a passion for holistic therapies and having had personal experience of how effective therapies can be we decided to make that our focus.

Reflexology Treatments - Rebalance yourself
Reflexology is a gentle and relaxing holistic therapy that treats the feet through massage and pressure to balance the whole body.
