Since 2003 when I formed my Production Agency, Mindset Communications, (www.mindsetcomms.co.uk) I have been involved in corporate coaching using Live Events, Video and other communication methods to create behavioural change in large audiences. Whilst I still work with large multinational companies, I have been focussing my skills on 1-2-1 and small team coaching since 2016 by working more closely with small businesses owners and individuals alike.

As a Somatic Coach, my approach supports the whole bodymind, welcomed in a co-created coaching space, so that you can experience the intelligence within your body to emerge and support transformation.
