Hi there, I'm Mike, an Accredited Life Coach + Somatic Coach.

As a Somatic Coach, my approach supports the whole bodymind, welcomed in a co-created coaching space, so that you can experience the intelligence within your body to emerge and support transformation.

My practice supports the belief that the body is a reflection of the mind, and the mind a reflection of the body.

Offerings:

- Inquire & Integrate - 2 hour coaching call - £200
- From The Ground Up - 8 week coaching package - 1 x 2 hour session, 7 x 90 minute sessions over 8 weeks. Email support throughout the duration of coaching and an additional 60 minute catch up call credit to be used within 6 months.

All sessions are on Zoom.

Areas to explore in a session could look like:

- Wanting to get a deeper understanding of your emotional triggers
- Wanting to gain clarity on the next steps to move forward from a transitional stage in your life
- Desiring to gain a deeper understanding of self (self-awareness)
- Challenge limiting beliefs and old stories holding you back

What you may gain from a session:

- A deeper sense of self awareness to support transformation and growth in your life
- The confidence to trust your intition + power to make decisions
- A safer space to share openly on your thoughts, feelings and experiences with no judgement - An understanding on how to access your bodily wisdom through Somatic Awareness practices + tools
- The time and space to slow down and listen to what your body has to share
- A deeper awareness of the power of your breath
- Develop awareness on the next steps you need to take in order to move forward
- Noticing any limiting beliefs or blockages that may be holding you back in life

Sessions could be experimental, as I invite you to explore deeper with curiousity what may be emerging for you in the present moment.

You are the expert of your own body.

And with that knowing, trusting the process that you are right where you are meant to be in sessions is part of the journey.

Old stories may appear, emotions may come to the surface. And that's ok.

We allow it all in the space and navigate together.

A coaching session will support in bringing awareness to the now and looking forward together into the future.
