I offer 1:1 coaching to support you in your career and life decisions. Prior to working as a life and mindset coach I spent years finding something help me past the subconscious blocks holding me back after various life traumas, and long term stress. Having tried counselling, CBT, NLP, hypnotherapy and a confidence coach, which all got me a small step further but no with lasting or significant change, I discovered that coaching and mentorship not only gave me a massive transformation but set me up with the tools to maintain that. Passionate to help others, I chose to train so that I could give others the transformation they need without the years of searching.
Anyone looking for a coach should work with one who has done the work on them self first and, not only have experience in their own personal growth, are in a strong mindset of their own. As well as my training I have life experience and have traveled my own journey, through coaching and being coached, to overcome my own limiting beliefs and past traumas.
I have had challenges in the high pressure client facing corporate world, with toxic environments, and in personal life, such as grief, parental separation as a young child, personal divorce and battle to maintain access to children and the enduring stress of many of these happening concurrently.
