I help teenagers and adults in their twenties thrive, by supporting them to overcome mental and emotional challenges holding them back from achieving their full potential. I work with my clients to install confidence, high self-esteem and self-belief. Likewise, I help them achieve mental and emotional well-being by managing anxiety, letting go of negative emotions and creating a more positive mindset. I take a solution focused approach with my clients. I offer 1:1 online sessions over video call so that I can support you wherever you are in the world!
