Your coaching journey begins with a FREE Discovery Session: This way we can meet and make sure that we are a good match before booking a course of coaching. This session gives me the chance to learn more about you and your situation and you the chance to meet me and experiencing my coaching style before you decide if I’m the right coach for you (or not). As I want you to be able to relax and enjoy this initial session I will not ask you during this meeting if you would like to book coaching instead I follow up with an email a day or so later. This gives you time and space to reflect and decide which coaching program suits you best. (The easiest and quickest way to book your FREE Discovery Session is simply contacting me via my website Kent Life Coach) The coaching programs range from £125 for an hour of coaching to £560 for the Let's Grow Coaching Program that consists of an extended Kick Start Session followed by 5 additional coaching sessions. (There is a variety of other programs to choose from too depending on your needs) My Coaching Approach: Is focused and warm-hearted. I want you to feel safe and comfortable throughout the session and leave feeling brighter and more positive and confident about yourself and your situation, even though sometimes we are discussing some very emotive situations and experiences. What do you love most about your job?

For me there is nothing more rewarding than helping people becoming contented and happy within themselves and the world that they live in. I find people fascinating and amazing. We all have so much potential and ability but we don't always realise this and my job is to help you see yourself this way.

I feel very blessed that I have learnt skills that really make a difference for people. I love my job and love learning more about what makes us as humans tick. This is more than a job for me it is my passion and this work has had a huge impact on me personally too. I began this career as a way of supporting myself to feel stronger and more confident and I'm pleased to say that I have achieved this. I am now happier and more contented than I ever once thought was possible and you can be too. Though sometimes we need a little help along the way so if you want to make positive changes in your life then maybe I can help you?

What inspired you to start your own business?

I am blessed to do work I love and the reason I do this work is because there was a time when I felt a long way from happy and confident. I used to doubt myself, I was nervous, insecure and to be honest I didn’t much like myself. I would compare myself to others and never felt I was quite good enough. (Does any of this sound familiar?)

Fortunately I was lucky enough to stumble on a few self-help books and this is where my coaching journey began. (Thank you to Fiona Harrold and her book “Be Your Own Life Coach”) I started to question the way I was experiencing the world. I began to set goals and challenge myself and bit by bit I discovered that I am capable of more than I had ever realised (as are you too!) I set goals and achieved them I chose to look for the good in myself and others and life began to feel different.

Well a lot of time has passed and now I am glad to say that I am happier and more content than I ever thought possible. My goal now is to help other people discover how they too can feel happier and more contented within their world. This is why I started my business and Kent Life Coach.
I have spent the last decade or so studying many Positive Psychology Approaches that enable me to support others. The methodologies I use are tried and tested and I find them to be very effective at bringing about change that lasts for my clients.
