I was very unsure at first about going to see a life coach... I had thought about it on and off for a couple of years and finally reached a point where I made the call. It was a combination of wanting to better understand my thinking process and because I felt unable to manage things. It took me a while but I am so glad I made the call in the end.Going to my first session I wasn't sure that I should be going. I had suffered no major traumas, I didn't consider myself to be depressed, I wasn't really sure what I wanted to achieve. I felt like an impostor, and worried that I would be politely but firmly told not to return, there were people more in need than me.That's not what happened at all. Bianca dispelled all my fears instantly, she congratulated me on making the decision to go, I was assured that a life coach isn't only there to help people in desperate need. I felt totally at ease talking to her, I was surprised how open I was talking about myself, which was something I normally found incredibly uncomfortable and avoided whenever possible.Bianca helped me identify the areas I wanted to work on, and we started making progress almost immediately. At the end of the first session I was completely sold, and walked out delighted that I had taken this first step. I had been surprised at the insights Bianca had made about me, things that I could tell were obviously true, but that I hadn't until the noticed.I went to seven sessions with Bianca over three or four months. And each time I walked out feeling that significant steps had been taken. That's not to say that I was immediately able to implement the strategies in my life, but over time I was better able to identify triggers, flawed thinking and unduly negative thoughts. I felt more confident to make the changes I wanted to see in myself, and over this short period of time I felt that I had regained so many of the traits that I like about myself that I thought I had lost.My sessions came to an end because I am moving abroad, which was one of the goals I had going in to my first session. That doesn't mean my journey is over. I am much more aware now of what I can do to improve my thinking, I am keen to reach new goals and I am excited about the journey there. This is in itself a great feeling for me, excitement being one of the things I had struggled to find before the sessions started.I'd highly recommend Bianca to anyone, whatever your goals are, whatever you are trying to overcome or do, or if like me you aren't sure what it is yet. Bianca is a truly amazing, caring, understanding person. Whilst studying for my university degree i lost my mother to cancer and my father had psychotic depression, i experienced a complete loss of identity, low self esteem, anxiety and depression. In my sessions with bianca, i talked about everything i was struggling with from friendships, relationships, my struggle with grief and just dealing with life in general. She listened to everything i had to say, and helped me to get to the root of what i was dealing with and numerous ways to help over come it. She helped me to change how i saw myself and others, how to deal with things i was facing and regain my confidence in ways i had never had it before. I could honestly talk to Bianca about anything and she never made me feel like what i was worried about was insignificant, she would help me with whatever i was facing. I have gone to counselling and therapy in the past, but life coaching with Bianca is the only thing that has truly helped me to get back on my feet and feel happy in myself again, it never felt forced or awkward, it was like talking to a friend.I would recommend Bianca to anyone whatever they are going through. I can't recommend Bianca enough. I made the decision to start coaching when everything started to feel very overwhelming and I was struggling to deal with it all in a healthy way. I was so nervous to start with, I didn't really know what to expect. Bianca made me feel so calm and safe and that I mattered. She has helped me put everything into perspective and has given me so many valuable tools that I can use for any situation life throws at me. I can rely on her to give me some great advice when I feel a bit stuck. I'm definitely in a better place now than I was when I started the sessions 5 months ago. Bianca at TruWellbeing is truly a gift! She motivated me and truly got into my head and helped me to change my circumstances. Bianca is exactly what she says she is a life coach and can help you achieve your goals. I was so nervous and dreading my first session but Bianca put me at ease instantly now I see our sessions as something to look forward to because something positive always comes from them and I feel better then when I went in. I've been having sessions with Bianca for a while now and have re-discovered myself and my personality has flourished after years of being in an unhappy relationship. She challenges your ways of thinking often ways you've been 'comfortable' with for years, but without realising that they're not helping you or helping you to get where you want to be.All aspects of my life have improved because of my renewed sense of self worth and confidence and Bianca has helped me immeasurably with this, I can't recommend life coaching enough, focus on your future where you want to be emotionally and how you want your life and relationships to develop, sit down with Bianca and discuss them and she will help you get there. Reaching out for help at a time when you need it the most, is hard enough as it is, but fortunately I found Bianca of TruWellbeing. Bianca made me feel instantly at ease in our first session, and by the end I knew she was the right coach for me.Bianca is highly knowledgeable, professional, super friendly, and extremely intuitive which I found fantastic. Because of the many skills Bianca possesses in her arsenal, she always gets to root cause and offers fantastic tools for you take away with you and apply to everyday life.I've seen counsellors and psychotherapists in the past (who are very good don't get me wrong) but I'd never tried Coaching before. I initially attended a vision board workshop with Bianca. I had no idea what to expect and I was so surprised at how much I got out of it - I would highly recommend it! I then went on to have a one on one session to help me with a phobia - to be honest, i'm amazed to say that the session actually worked!! I have been in 2 situations now where my phobia has been 'tested' and I can't believe how calm I was - thank you so so much Bianca!! More...

I didn't know what to expect, this was the first time I saw someone to get on top of my anxiety & depression. I wasn't sure if over 10 years on medication things could change.
From the first contact, Bianca made me feel so at ease and was so supportive. After 6 sessions I noticed a massive change in how I was handling things, and by 10 sessions I felt confident that I knew what was causing me problems and felt equipped with strategies to manage my emotions.
I can't recommend her enough. She has changed my life, for the better!

What I love most is helping my clients achieve there goal. How often in life do we get asked "what do you want in life?" But when you take time out to really focus on yourself, where you want to be, you can then start building a plan to get there. I love helping clients like you to see what you can do to prioritise your health and wellbeing and also overcome the obstacles that can get in the way.

I think it's amazing that just by taking time out their lives to work ON their lives, ordinary people like you and me can start leading extraordinary lives.

Most of us get caught up in the day to day 'stuff' and then, sometimes, we realise something isn't quite right. I believe it's OK to say when your not OK, it just means it's time to take stock of where you are right now and learn new ways to get what you want.

In 2007 I began to feel the ill effects of stress. Combined with a high-pressure job, I rarely exercised, nor did I eat a healthy, balanced diet and often had a couple glasses of wine in the evening to help me ‘de-stress’. I was suffering digestive problems, fatigue, insomnia and hated going into work. I just shrugged my shoulders and got on with it, but I was exhausted and tired of feeling that everyday was a fight. My emotional, mental and physical health was affected.

Over the next 5 years I became more ill and unhappy. I received a diagnosis of anxiety, depression chronic fatigue syndrome and I had developed an unhealthy relationship with alcohol. My relationships at home and work deteriorated as well as the relationship with myself.
After 2 years of feeling pretty miserable, I barely recognised myself. I had lost my confidence, self-worth and any sense of control.

I was sick and tired of feeling… sick and tired.

I couldn’t change other people, I couldn’t make my partner or boss become supportive or appreciative and I couldn’t make my 6 stone weight gain disappear.

After an incident where I collapsed, during the next weeks in bed, I made a decision to make changes to myself – from the inside out.

I had difficulty finding suitable support from local services and the little support that was available was oversubscribed and had long waiting lists. Traditional counselling didn't help me.

I started researching , reading medical papers, self help books and started seeing a life coach.
Now I had realised I had purpose and improved my self-worth, I noticed my physical and emotional health was improving - I saw amazing results – not only in me but also those around me. I then realised I wasn’t the only person in the world struggling with the pressures of work, relationships, being a carer and the pressures of life.

I spent many years retraining to become a re-training in Counselling, Coaching, Nutritional Therapy and NLP (Neuro Lingustic Programming) and enjoy continuing my training to expand my field of knowledge.
