After trying and trying again to sort my life out due to not finding the inner strength and willpower to give up drinking every night and smoking weed and Cigarettes. . Something just clicked.. A light came on as it were..!! I have been watching Chris's podcast and numerous YouTube videos regarding giving up and finding the true way to be and live. And a massive influence came across from him and from that evening I have not looked back and do not ever intend to.
Chris says it how it is.. He says it will be hard.. He says you will get the voices that tell you it's OK to have a drink or whatever it was that you were damaging yourself doing.. But he also said how to just keep on living and pushing day by day by day and that after the 1st day you will feel crap.. But come the 2nd day you will feel a bit better.. Come the 3rd 4th 5th etc you can really start to feel alive again.. And i can hand on heart say its true..!!
Not only has Chris influenced me and pretty much turned my life around but now me and my Wife are having green smoothies after investing in a nutri bullet.. It is just getting better and better.. And if I can finally add.. My Wife is the happiest she has ever been with me she says because i have turned my life around..
I can't express how much I owe to Chris Thrall..!! Thank you so much my friend and Please keep on doing what you are doing.. Its a Massive strength just knowing you are there.. Even if we don't know each other..
