After more years than I can remember of having very broken and minimal sleep I decided why not .. let’s give hypnotherapy a try .. what’s the worst that can happen?
Honestly I was very skeptical after trying just about every sleeping tip, trick, fad and exercise without any success.
But wow was I in for a pleasant surprise! After just one session I’m now asking myself why I waited so long to try it!
