What inspired you to start your own business?

I have always taken a keen interest in human behaviour and personal development, however initially took a different career path in dentistry. It was when I was at university that I started suffering with anxiety and panic attacks and after struggling on for too long thinking I could fix it on my own I eventually sought help.

Having been offered a hand out of the dark place that I found myself in and having worked through my own issues with hypnotherapy and psychotherapy, I knew that I wanted to be able to do the same for others. I therefore trained extensively with the National College of Hypnosis and Psychotherapy to gain the knowledge, skills and expertise required to now help you on your journey.
