What do you love most about your job?
I am constantly amazed at how quickly I can help clients get lasting results for a whole host of problems that have often been effecting their daily lives for many years. It is a genuine priviledge to be part of this change and see people free themselves of issues that have been effecting them and allow them to live a heppier and healthier life.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have worked in a busy corporate enviroment for many years and was amazed at how stress and anxiety can effect so many people. I have always been interested and used alternative therapies for over 20 years. I have undertaken a lot of traing over the years in Reiki, reflexology, hypnotherapy and EFT and I decided to put all this training and experience into my own practice. Since doing this I have never looked back and love every moment of it.

I have a friendly relaxed approach and always do my very best for my clients. I am fully qualified and insured and have many years experience in what I do. I always say to any potential client that I am happy to have a free chat on the phone to see if I can help and this allows the person to ask me any questions, and even if I am not the right therapist for you I will always try to help and put you in touch with someone that can help you.
