I offer counselling and life coaching massage and Reiki healing with crystal and chakra therapy and aura cleansing. I also offer mindfulness based stress reduction as a mini course with all materials and use this also in my counselling for stress, anxiety and depression.

What do you love most about your job?
I love helping people to heal and thrive. It is my life’s calling. Everyone is unique and has so much potential to be their best and highest self and so my job is constantly fascinating and never ever boring. I get payed for what I am naturally gifted at and was born to do. I am a natural nurturer and create a warm, safe, non judgemental environment for those wishing to make changes or feeling ‘stuck’ to explore their thoughts, feelings, experiences and past to move on and thrive.
As a mother who hone educated my children I love motivating and boosting confidence in children who are anxious or struggling in the school system - to see their confidence lift and them to thrive at school.
What inspired you to start your own business?
As I have a variety of skills and talents to help and teach, I wanted to use these under an umbrella of my own company rather than work for someone else and be limited to using certain skills.
Why should our clients choose you?
I am highly qualified. I am a graduate in English and a qualified teacher, qualified counsellor and hypnotherapist / hypnobirther. I have lived and worked in Africa and Asia for a number of years and hone educated my children and gained lots of counselling experience across these cultures. I have lots of life experience of personal close bereavement, overcoming depression and anxiety, infertility and adoption.
I consider myself an excellent and active listener and an non judgemental. For the hour they are with me I make my clients the centre of my universe. I use whichever of my skills will be of best benefit to my clients - be that counselling,hypnotherapy, coaching, massage or reiki. I sent each person as unique and with limitless potential to heal and thrive.
