What inspired you to start your own business?

I started Inna Care out of a desire to control my own destiny, deliver real value to the clients I served, and work with team mates that share the same values and passions that I do. As Inna Care expanded we adopted three core values that crystalize this motivation – Integrity Above All Else, Long Term, Mutually Beneficial Relationships, and a Passionate Commitment to Results.

I never imagined it would become more than a recruitment agency, or a small business. Inna Care has grown through both strong organic and inorganic growth. We work hard to remember the lessons that first spurred us to start the company.

COVID-19 has significantly altered our personal and professional lives. Here are some things we do to keep our employees and customers safe.

Clean and disinfect high-touch areas frequently (doorknobs, push bars and door handles, light switches, touchscreens, keyboards, etc).
Deep clean weekly using EPA-approved disinfectants that meet CDC requirements for use and effectiveness against viruses, bacteria, and airborne and bloodborne pathogens.
Providing PPE- gloves, masks, disinfectants, visors; teaching them how to use and dispose them.
Provide alcohol-based hand sanitizers with at least 60% alcohol for employees who cannot wash their hands so to frequently disinfect their hands.
