The administration was very good and efficient, carers were always found, and I was very impressed by the care oversight by the Care Manageress. The actual carers naturally varied somewhat in quality, though all of them did cover the basic care for mum. However, some of them were less experienced and thoughtful than others, especially as regards organising the household management while living with and caring for mum on a one-to-one basis. More...

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We follow our regulator, CQC and government guidelines and policies. We managed to return same staff members to support the same clients.
