In accordance with CQC guidelines, we only engage the most qualified individuals to provide care. Each of our carers undergoes a thorough screening process that includes an advanced DBS check, reference checks, regular compliance monitoring and undergo extensive training in:

• Safeguarding of vulnerable adults & children
• Infection control
• PPE advanced training and so much more.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We want to ensure that all our employees and clients remain as safe as possible. To insure this, we have a number of protocols and procedures alongside our everyday duties which are being regularly adapted and updated. Part of these procedures involve ensuring our staff are fully trained and protected when visiting our clients so all can remain as safe as possible. So even though the legal restrictions have now been lifted, personal protective equipment (PPE) and other infection control measures will be enforced during our visits.
Respite Care
With our respite care, a reliable and fully trained cares can step in to provide the necessary carer while the regular carers and family members take a break.
Hospital to Home
With the proper personal and practical support in place, we help people leave the hospital sooner, decreasing their chances of suffering another injury and needing re-admission.
