Q&As

We believe that home care is more than just providing assistance at home; it is also about encouraging independence and allowing people to maintain their well-being.
We take pride in providing person centred home care that exceeds the individual's expectations and enables them to live the most independent and fulfilling life possible.

Making the choice to get care at home might be difficult. You have a lot of options to choose from, and you want the greatest daily support and most reliable service you can get.You can rest easy knowing that you're in good hands with Jankan Care since not only will your care plan be personalised to your specific requirements, but your carers will also be of the greatest calibre.

In accordance with CQC guidelines, we only engage the most qualified individuals to provide care. Each of our carers undergoes a thorough screening process that includes an advanced DBS check, reference checks, regular compliance monitoring and undergo extensive training in:

• Practical moving and handling
• Safeguarding of vulnerable adults & children
• Infection control
• PPE advanced training and so much more.

We want to ensure that all our employees and clients remain as safe as possible. To insure this, we have a number of protocols and procedures alongside our everyday duties which are being regularly adapted and updated. Part of these procedures involve ensuring our staff are fully trained and protected when visiting our clients so all can remain as safe as possible. So even though the legal restrictions have now been lifted, personal protective equipment (PPE) and other infection control measures will be enforced during our visits.
