What do you love most about your job?
Making a difference to the families and community. As a company, our mission is to deliver world-class solutions, which is underpinned by incomparable support. We bring across more than 30 years of diverse international experience at senior level positions from industries crossing areas in banking, insurance, leading global Hospitals both in the public and private sectors, sales and marketing, tobacco, education and media.
What inspired you to start your own business?
CapitalPro impetus stems from our desire to give back to the community ensuring the people aged 18 - 65 and over get the care they deserve and live independent lives by attracting and retaining the best staff and listening and working collaboratively with our services users, their family, friends and local community and ensuring current evidence based care. We aim to place people perfectly first time by collaborating and ensuring a bespoke service user centred care is delivered each time.

We offer a 24/7 service which employs an oncall service after hours.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We have encouraged our staff to use PPE, all staff are trained in infection control and prevention (ICP). All our staff have access to training, risk assessment, and incidents reporting on line to ensure ICP is adhered to.
Home Care / Live in care
CapitalPro Agency provides bespoke quality domiciliary services such as:-
-Assistance with a morning routine at the start of the day, helping our clients with getting out of bed, personal hygiene, dressing and having their breakfast.
-Assistance with shopping, either from an agreed list or together with our client and including if needed putting it away.
-If required food and drink preparation.
-Assisting and undertaking of domestic duties such as laundry, ironing, cleaning either as once off or on a regular basis.
-Facilitating and or ensuring timely prompt for medication as and when due.
-We offer principal carers a respite service, be that weekly or as needs be.
-Assistance with end of day helping with getting clients into bed.
-Adhoc personal hygiene, laundry and meal preparation when loved ones are hospitalised or not available to assist their family member.
-Our team will sit with you and collaboratively agree the care required and collectively discuss agreed requirements.
-Enable outings such as going to the shops, walk in the park, visiting friends or family or day excursion with family and or friends were one to one care is identified or needed.
-Sitting service where our staff will take over the care from a family member enabling the family member to have some time to themselves for their own errands or shores
-Over night care service as either sleeper night which works as an on call shift where the staff expects a reasonable night’s sleep but in case of emergency or when called is on hand, or a full night shift were staff is on duty throughout the night.
-Respite
-Palliative and end of life care
-Live in care – where the staff lives with you in your home or provide live in care when client needs temporary support especially after hospitalisation when recuperation or during a time of convalescence.
