How long have you been in business?
We have been in business since 2022 but have been in social care for many years!
Do you bring your own equipment and supplies?
Yes we have our own equipment and supplies. Should we need any specialist equipment, this can also be arranged.
What do you love most about your job?
Seeing people who are happy with the support that is provided. Seeing people smiling, happy and reaching their goals!
What inspired you to start your own business?
SureCare Havering is a franchise of SureCare Community Services Limited owned and operated by Havering Care Limited.
SureCare Havering is led by Charles Imhogiemhe, as the principal franchise owner. He has been working in social care for over nine years and has enjoyed every minute of it.
Charles has worked across the care sector in a number of different settings, including home care (also known as domiciliary care), care homes, rehabilitation services, a hospital and supported living. He is a pragmatic and caring professional with a passionate and focused approach, allowing him to enrich the lives and well-being of service users through best working practices.
Charles has extensive first-hand knowledge in domiciliary care as a care worker, delivering excellent services to clients and, thereby, building and retaining long lasting client relationships. Charles feels that he has been able to capture the hearts of those he works with, thanks to his dedication and his highly personable nature.
At SureCare Havering, Charles aims to make a real difference to the lives of the many people within his local community who need care and support to remain living in the comfort of their own homes. SureCare Havering aims to ensure that all clients receive quality, personalised care services and enjoy positive outcomes from all of their interactions with SureCare.

Because even though we have only been in business for a short while, we have been in social care for many years. We understand the needs and wants of people and can adapt and tailor the support that they need!

Most of the service is hand on, however, we can tailor services to meet individual requirements.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We have plenty of PPE, testing is part of our routine. We following local and Government guidance to support those with COVID and to ensure it does not spread to those we support or to out staff!
