What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?

Aunty Grace values the safety of everyone in our community, so we strongly encourage all our workers to become vaccinated, regardless of any government vaccine requirements. If there is no vaccine requirement in your home State, we still ask all workers to provide evidence of their vaccine status, and we work with you to ensure you are happy with the workers that deliver your care and services.

All of our workers are required to follow standard precautions, including the appropriate use of Personal Protective Equipment, and notifying us if they may have been exposed to COVID-19. Workers are not permitted to attend your home if they have symptoms of COVID-19, or if they are required to isolate due to a close contact or attending an exposure site.

In the event we become aware of a COVID-19 risk, we will notify you and your nominated representatives as soon as we can, and work with local health authorities to ensure appropriate steps are taken and your risk is minimised.
