⭐ 1-Star Review – Very Disappointing Experience My mum was with Caremark, and unfortunately the experience was extremely disappointing. The manager was consistently rude and unhelpful whenever we tried to raise concerns. Instead of listening or trying to resolve issues, we were met with attitude and defensiveness, which made an already stressful situation even worse. The caregivers themselves often failed to carry out their duties properly. Basic tasks were rushed, poorly done, or sometimes not done at all. There was a clear lack of compassion, consistency, and professionalism throughout the service. As a family, we trusted Caremark to look after my mum, but that trust was completely broken. As an organisation we are engaged in our community. We continue to support a range of community services, from calling out the numbers at our local bingo and supporting local elderly events. This is a foundation of our business and will continue throughout our journey.
What inspired you to start your own business?
We want to be the provider of choice. What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We continue to provide a full range of domiciliary care services. We continually monitor the situation to ensure that we are working to the latest Government issued guidance and other official bodies. Domiciliary care is a key worker occupation and we are recruiting, please contact the office.
Live In Care: Friendly support with day-to-day life at home
Live in care allows you to continue to live safely and independently your home. Caremark’s Live-in service provides a friendly, professionally trained carer to live with, and support you with your daily needs, in the comfort of your own home and of course live-in care allows you to stay at home with your non-human companions too. This offers a great alternative to a residential care home.
Live in care covers a full range of domiciliary care services that can be tailored to your needs. These services include: personal care, shopping, housekeeping and cooking, meeting dietary and nutritional needs, companionship and emotional support, help with daily activities and accessing your community, medication support, ensuring medical appointments are kept, general domestic administration, help with looking after pets and many more.
Our Services

At Caremark we aim to fully understand your precise needs and preferences before our service begins. Only once you and your loved ones are completely happy with your support plan which we have agreed together will we select a Care and Support Worker compatible to you and arrange a preliminary meeting. Our care plan and our carers aim to promote your independence and respect your dignity at all times.
Our services include: companionship, personal care, medication support, sitting services, overnight support, live-in care, domestic help, meal preparation and shopping. If there is something that is not listed that does not mean that we cannot provide that service. The service we provide is tailor made for you, you tell us what you would like and we will work out a way to put it in place.
This is in line with our ethos to work in a person centered way.
Befriending Service
Our mission is to engage our community, this has led to our free befriending service, Caremark's Chit Chat Chums. The service is aimed to reduce social isolation and improve the mental wellbeing of elderly and vulnerable residents in our local community.
