I get so much from seeing the change that counselling or hypnotherapy can make to people's lives no matter what their age or circumstance. Having personal experience of therapy I have first hand knowledge of the difference it can make.
I love both counselling and hypnotherapy and if asked I would find it hard to choose between them. I feel very fortunate that I can offer either and if a client cannot decide which they would prefer we can discuss both and then move forward.
As previously stated I have experienced therapy myself so have first hand knowledge as to the difference it can really make so when the opportunity to change direction presented its self I grabbed it with both hands and trained as a counsellor/Hypnotherapist .

A little Anxiety is something that can be good as it plays a part in motivating us but at times it can go into overdrive and then it can get out of control.Working together we can bring the anxiety back down and also find out where ever possible where it come from and knowing where it comes from can go a long way to relieving the anxiety .
