Why should our clients choose you?
I believe that counselling is primarily about the fit between two people. My primary method is to offer you a place of safety within which you can explore, as opposed to using techniques or methods to help you resolve your issue. I would rather there be a level of emotional fit between us such that you would, should you wish, be able to trust me and the relationship between us to the point that you can voice your darkest fears.
Finding who will be a good fit for each of us often involves a period of trial and error. For this reason I offer the first session on a pay - only if you choose to continue to the second session (in which case the second session would be charged at twice the agreed fee)
Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
Yes I can provide counselling using the zoom platform. If you are new to counselling I would recommend that we set up a weekly session that lasts 50 minutes and takes place at the same time and day of the week. This allows you to mentally set aside a period of time each week that is focused on yourself.
Working remotely can offer many benefits including reduced travelling time and costs, and a wider choice of professionals
Online Counselling
Online counselling allows you to explore your thoughts feelings and behaviour with a trained listener from the comfort and convenience of you home.
With Online counselling we meet using the Zoom platform once a week. We meet at the same time on the same day of each week. Each session lasts approximately 50 minutes.
Online sessions start at £50 (If fees are difficult then please asks as there are some concession for the unemployed/very low wage (£35) and Key workers (£45)
Face to face counselling - Bagshot Surrey
Face to face counselling is £60 per session.
Face to face counselling allows you to explore your thoughts feelings and behaviour with a trained listener away from your day to day life responsibilities.
We meet in a counselling room located in Bagshot once a week. We meet at the same time and on the same day of each week or if you prefer, we can meet on a more flexible basis. Each session lasts approximately 50 minutes.
