What do you love most about your job?

It was while walking 25km for the Jurassic Coast Challenge - to raise money for mental health charity Mind - that I realised a powerful desire to help others reach their ‘happy place’. I had to learn how to face, and overcome, personal struggles including anxiety and depression, grieving/loss and low self-esteem. The introduction of a daily mix of physical exercise, social interactivity, meditation, and gratitude were catalysts for my new-found happiness. Developing a deeper understanding of my emotions has been vital too. All of these reasons (i.e. my journey) are why I love my job as a Wellbeing Coach!

What inspired you to start your own business?

A passion to help others reach their ‘happy place’, after learning how to overcome my own personal struggles.

Why should our clients choose you?

Because I genuinely care about other people, and want to help them enjoy life to the full.

Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.

Yes, via Zoom, Google Meet, WhatsApp video/audio, or Facebook Messenger video/audio - whichever of these options my client prefers.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?

Providing online/remote coaching sessions. To help customers feel further relaxed, I let them choose which online platform they'd like to use for our confidential relaxed sessions, i.e. from a choice of Zoom, Google Meet, WhatsApp video/audio, or Facebook Messenger video/audio - whichever they are most comfortable with.
