I have been a counsellor in Exeter for over seven years now, having completed an Advanced Diploma in Integrative Counselling. I've spent most of that time working as a volunteer counsellor for the NHS within their Depression & Anxiety Service. As such, I specialise in working with depression, anxiety and stress. That said, in my experience, whilst depression and anxiety are common, the reasons why people feel this way can be extremely varied and so I've worked with many different people with many different presenting problems.

I have a successful private practice in Gandy St, Exeter and Pinhoe, where I see adults, teens & couples. I also volunteer at a large college in Exeter working with teens age 12-16. I am warm and empathic and here to help you find a way through or around whatever the issue is that is troubling you.
