What do you love most about your job?
I love understanding my clients unique view points, and supporting them to achieve their goals and be alongside them usually in the most difficult times.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I take pride in my work and having my own business means I have autonomy to run it in a way that feels most supportive and ethical for my clients.
Why should our clients choose you?
I take great pride in my work, I have a lot of experience with people in the nhs health and social care sector I have worked therapeutically with anxiety, depression and grief although not exclusive to, and I will endeavour to support and acknowledge you as an individual through the process of therapy.

I offer face to face therapy in Exeter and remote therapy online or telephone, £45 a full hour.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Precautions are dictated by government guidance, I carry hand gels and tissues for Face to face appointments
